My question is this: I expected the download to be about 3gb - 4gb, but when I checked my data usage, only approx mb had been downloaded and the media was created successfully - I have checked it! Does the Media Creation Tool only download the files it needs to update the USB Drive or does it get files from my windows installation?? The Media Creation Tool downloads the installation files.
